While traveling in India one must follow the following tips so that one should not have any problem while enjoying colorful nations of the world. So, It is almost necessary to get the useful information before traveling in India which are as subsequent.

Hike of Expenses After Finalization of Tour/Hotel Booking


If you have finalize the trip or hotel booking or  tour and later there would be any hikes or rises in any kind of expenses related with tour cost or hotel booking by the Govt of India then it would be charged extra as per the hike or rise.
 
Change in the Tour Itinerary or Hotels

The itineraries which we have made in Traveltraveller.com are sample itineraries just to give an idea of the schedule. Some times some factors such as weather, road conditions, VVIP visit in case of hotels or incidentally or accidentally some damage in the hotel or the physical ability of the participants may effect the itinerary or hotel  booking, so in that case traveltraveller.com reserve the right to change the schedule of the itinerary or reserve the right to change the hotel, to provide  safety, comfort and hasselless services.

Change in the Tour Cost or Hotel Rates

Traveltravller.com charging from you the rates on the basis of rates we have negotiated  with the hotels, airlines etc. if in any case  hotels or Airlines modify the rates without any notice, in such a case, the rates quoted can be changed by us according to the change by hotels or airlines.

Expanses Incurred by the Client During the Tour


If in any case, there is  any delay or alterations in the tour programme and you had to pay some expenses  due to delay or you had to pay some expenses because of  natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents then in that case Traveltraveller.com will not be responsible for any refund or to bear any kind of expense.


Damage / Injury / Loss Policy


Traveltraveller.com would not be responsible for any  any loss, injury or damage to the client or any of his any goods or any of his property, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

Insurance Policy


Traveltraveller.com is not covering the insurance policy in tour cost or hotel booking cost, so traveltraveller.com would not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury to any client or any of his goods or any of his property or any of his baggage due to  accident, sickness,  theft, or any other reasons. So, it is advisable to take insurance policy before you visit in India in your home country only.


Check in and Check Out Policy in Hotels


One must be 18 to check in to the hotel.

Your credit card is charged the total cost above at the time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Failure to check in to the hotel , will attract the full cost of stay at the hotel being charged to your credit card.

In India usually check in time and check time is 12:00 noon. If  you are check in before 12:00 noon then room allocation  is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, booking  should made from previous night. Similarly, if you want, your check out after 12:00 noon, they it is possible through  special request at reception of the hotel and extension is subject to availability or with extra payment.


Change in the Hotel

If one has booked the hotel or room of the hotel through traveltraveller.com and but later some factors such as  VVIP visit in the hotel or accidentally some damage in the hotel or non availibilty of the rooms or room in the hotel, so in that case traveltraveller.com reserve the right to change the hotel to provide  safety, comfort and hasselless services but traveltraveller.com will rebook you in the same category of hotel.


Correspondence

All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings/Hotel booking should be addressed to M/s. Traveltraveller.com.


Payments or Advances

If  one has booked the services through Traveltraveller.com then it is necessary to deposit full advance or some advance depending upon the nature of the service, for the confirmation of the services. If there is any balance amount left that can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in india-but definitely before the commencement of the services.

If one is booking his/her services from outside INDIA then following are the mode can be used for payments.  
     

  1. On line payment gateway.
  2. Mail authorization.
  3. One can also transfer in our bank account directly.

If one is paying the payment by credit card then bank charges (5% extra)- would be levied over and above the total amount.

Cancellation and no Show Policy in Case of Hotels


1. Cancellations made with in 24 hours of check in date, full cost of stay will be charged with taxes.

2. Cancellations between 24 hrs to 48 hrs of check in date, 1ST night room and taxes would be charged . If stay is only for one night then, full cost of stay will be charged with taxes.

3. Cancellations before 48 hrs of check in date, INR 500.00 will be charged for each room.

4. Cancellation can be done by sending an E-mail only.

5. Failure to check in to the hotel i.e no show, full cost of the stay with taxes will be charged. So, there would be no refund for no show.

Cancellation and no Show Policy in Case of Tours

Cancellation made  60 days & prior to arrival, 10% of the tour cost would be charged, taxes are  extra.
Cancellation made 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival, 25 % of the tour cost would be charged,  taxes are extra.
Cancellation made 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival , 30% of the tour cost would be charged,  taxes are extra.
Cancellation made 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival, 50% of the tour cost would be charged,  taxes are extra.
Cancellation made 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show, full amount of the tour cost would  be charged with taxes, i.e there will no refund at all.
In case, if client cancel the tour during his/her tour tenure, then there would be no refund for  unused services.
